Delivery Info
We post our physical gift cards out to you complete with a presentation envelope. You can choose to have it delivered to your own address to hand over in person, or we can post it directly to the recipient—just specify their details at checkout. If you would like us to write a personal message inside the card, please fill out the message box at checkout detailing what you would like us to include.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering. Please allow 5 working days for your card to arrive in the post or opt to collect the voucher for free in store.

How to Use & Gift Card Terms
These gift cards are for in store use, they are redeemed in the shop at the point of purchase. A few important notes:

No expiry date: Our gift cards do not expire, so there is no rush to spend them.
Special offers: You can use your gift card in conjunction with other online promotions.
Single transaction: The total value of the card must be spent in one transaction, as we cannot issue change or carry over remaining balances.
Keep it safe: Please treat your card like cash. We are unable to replace lost or stolen cards.
Returns: Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
